"My friend and I went in just to browse helmets, jackets, and various gear. We are new to motorcycling and have been in and out of a bunch of shops looking for just the right stuff. As two women looking for gear, we have pretty much been ignored by the staff in all of the other shops we visited. The staff at New England Cycle Center were attentive, answered all of our questions, and treated us with the respect we deserve. Kudos to all of you. On our way home, we both decided that not only will you be the only place we will shop for gear, but you will be the place we take our bikes for tune-ups, parts and accessories. "I am very pleased with my purchase, in january of 2009 I purchased a slightly used raven 2008 r6 in immaculate condition, at first I was hesitant in buying a used bike from a dealer because of cost but when I saw the inspection sheet the mechanics used to check over my bike I was impressed, it's like the bike is brand new. will definately recommended buying from you guys to friends and will be looking forward to upgrading and buying a ne bike at the end of the year"

"I just wanted to mention that I am very happy with the major service recently done to my Suzuki LS650 2001. I had major engine work done because I let my bike run on too little oil due to a head gasket problem which resulted in the damage. Anyway, my bike is now running great and in fact is running better than new. I have a lot of power and there are no more engine leaks. The service did cost a little more, and took a little longer then planned but it was worth it. I saved myself the cost of buying a new motorcycle. Thank you Sean and your wonderful service department. All of my bike's problems are fixed! I very highly recommend New England Cycle for performing motorcycle repairs! In the past I have taken my bike to other dealers in the state but they never seemed to fix my leaking head gasket problems. Now, 2 weeks after the repairs have been done by New England Cycle not a drop of oil has leaked out and the Bike is performing wonderfully."

"I love my new purchase (suzuki boulavard s40). Being a new driver its a good starter bike. I feel strongly that there is only one design flaw that is key ignition placement. I feel that it should have been up on the handle bars for easier access. Low lighting in my driveway and possibly other low lit areas makes it a challenge to place the key in the ignition."
